Refund Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND PROCEDURES
• The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of physical receipt of the Product to withdraw from the Agreement and, consequently, terminate it, without providing any reason.
• The Customer may use the standard withdrawal form to exercise the right of withdrawal.
•    The Customer confirms that they will first Shinncare of their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. The costs associated with returning the Product are the Customer’s responsibility.
• Shinncare that, following a valid and compliant exercise of the right of withdrawal—whereby the Product is returned in its original condition—within fourteen (14) days of receiving notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, it will refund the amount received using the same payment method used by the Customer.
• The Customer acknowledges that the Product’s packaging is sealed for hygienic reasons and, consequently, cannot be returned (or the right of withdrawal exercised) if this seal is broken.
•    The Customer confirms that if the Product is returned after the fourteen (14)-day period, Shinncare will Shinncare accept it and, consequently, will not issue a refund.
