Developed by a Belgian gynecologist
The story of Shinncare with Dr. Dirk Smet, an experienced gynecologist who has been dedicated to improving women’s well-being for decades. In his practice, he frequently encountered the same intimate health issues for which no adequate solution was available. This inspired him to develop his own product.
After extensive research and testing, Dr. Smet came up with the solution: Intimate Oil Spray .
This innovative product offers an effective treatment for common intimate issues and is the result of years of expertise and dedication.

The launch of Shinncare
When it became clear that small-scale distribution within Dr. Smet’s practice wasn’t feasible, he decided to think bigger and, together with his sonKarl-Filip,Shinncare theShinncare brand.
Shinncare officially launched in 2021. The brand and its sole product at the time, the Intimate Oil Spray , received positive feedback from users and colleagues. In 2022, theproduct linewastherefore expanded to includeproducts for pregnancy and the postpartum period. A decision that once again proved to be the right one and was well received!

The team
In 2023, Aude joined the team as a marketing consultant. Her addition helped professionalize Shinncare shape its strategy for the coming years. In 2024, she became Karl-Filip’s business partner so Shinncare to chart Shinncare course together.
With the support of Dr. Elisabeth Smet, a family member and gynecologist, and the ongoing commitment of Dr. Dirk Smet, Shinncare remains Shinncare to caring for every woman every day.
