Therefore, Shinncare's products are not intended for this part of your body.

However, it is important to keep safety in mind even with these applications. It cannot be ruled out that a small amount of a product may end up in the vagina. Therefore, Shinncare's products were subjected to extensive lab, gynecological and dermatological tests. These showed that the formulas do not affect the specific acidity of the intimate region, respect the intimate microflora and are very gentle on the skin.

Finally, Shinncare also has products for the whole body. For example, the Body Care Oil is a body oil that relieves complaints such as dry skin, eczema and stretch marks. So Shinncare's range is not limited to the intimate region.

Our products were labeled “microbiome safe,” “dermatologically tested” and “gynecologically tested. Extensive tests were conducted for these. For example, under the supervision of a dermatologist it was determined that the formulations are not irritating to the skin, and under gynecological supervision it was determined that our products are safe for the vulva and have a positive effect on vulvar skin.

Furthermore, laboratory tests showed that Shinncare's range does not inhibit the growth of good vaginal bacteria. Some of our products are available with fragrance. Here we have chosen a mild hypoallergenic fragrance approved for intimate use. Do you have sensitive skin or do you use our products because of a medical reason? Then we advise you to choose the variants without perfume. Do you like a fragrance but doubt whether your skin tolerates it? Test the product first on a small piece of skin on the forearm. Is there no reaction after a few hours? Then the product is also safe for you to use.

Yes. Some of Shinncare's products are specifically aimed at women, think of our pragnancy & chilbirth range or our lotion with a supportive effect for the intimate microflora. But the other products can also be used by men for certain intimate or other discomforts. Think of redness after hair removal, wounds after sports or medical conditions.

Our products have a shelf life of 12 months after opening. The Intimate Solution has a shorter shelf life of 6 months. As long as the packaging remains closed, the shelf life is at least 3 years.

Shinncare products are available at the pharmacies listed in our point of sale list. Is your pharmacy not on the list? No problem. Your pharmacist can obtain our products quickly through the wholesaler. How does this work? You order the product from your local pharmacy and a few hours later the product is delivered to your pharmacy.

Shinncare's products are at least 99.5% natural. For one ingredient, a synthetic alternative was chosen to reduce the risk of skin reactions. The raw materials Shinncare works with carry the Cosmos, Natrue, Ecocert and ISO labels. Our products are also suitable for vegans. The packaging of the products is recyclable and local suppliers are chosen as much as possible in the development of the products. Production takes place in Belgium and the packaging also comes from our own region. Only the flush bottle is an exception.
